Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Oversea or anywhere else, please contact us first.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Refunds
Special Orders: ie: products not normally held in stock or which have to be made for the customer, can only be returned if the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
We reserve the right to refuse goods for credit which have been specially ordered or manufactured.
All parts ordered incorrectly will incur a 20% restocking charge and the delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Please note that it is entirely your responsibility to order the correct parts for the correct model.
If the error is ours, returned parts will be refunded in full.
All parts returned must arrive back with us no later than 2 weeks after dispatch, after this time goods cannot be returned for credit or refund & it is the senders responsibility to ensure that they are well enough packed to survive transport.
Shortages & damaged goods must be advised within 48 hours of receipt of parcel & damaged packaging retained.
Before returning any goods to us for what ever reason, you must first contact us by telephone:0191 2669198 or email info@bikesaid.co.uk to obtain a returns reference number.
All returned items for credit or refund, must be returned to us in the same condition they were dispatched in & in their undamaged original packaging

Posting And Packaging
Delivery's are made using the Royal Mail.
A pakaging charge is added to each order to ensure your items are sent in the safest possible way. |
Delivery Schedule Your deliver is processed and despatched to be delivered on the day of ordering if before (xpm) or on the follwing day if after.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, we don't take your Card Details.
We use Paypal's online terminal to accept card payments.
You are forwarded to there online site for this process.

They are only decrypted after they reach Paypal and we don't get access to them.
They are not held in clear text on any web site.
